At GH1 we have prided ourselves with our tech support.   Due to our growth we needed to expand our support services. We have hired a full support staff that will be handling tech support requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Note: Before you submit a support request please take a look at the NetWork Status Page found at http://noc4ua.com. If you see the network or server is having problems then we are aware of the problem.  We also have a very good online support manual found at http://TheHelpFactor.com.

NEW SUPPORT SYSTEM:
We are now using the Kayako eSupport™  system.  It would best if you would use the support FORM found HERE. This way you can send in your support request to the department that you need service from, Support, Billing or General.  Also this will send it to our system in plain text format.  If you can not use our form then you still can use email.  You can send your request to support(at)gh1help.com.  Do replace (at) with @.

When you send in a support request to Kayako eSupport™ system you can expect a Human response back within 2 hours from one of our support technicians. We also want you to know that our goal will be to resolve almost all common issues within 6 hours of receipt of your service request.

Our support technicians are NOT new comers to Linux hosting. 

How Does It work?
We now support over 700 domains so please help the support tech's out by providing the following information:

Your Name:
Domain Name:
User Name:
What Server You Are On:

If it is an email, guestbook or other script problem that requires a logon we will also need that info.
Please assume that we do not know ANYTHING about your problem! Give the tech's as much information as you can.

It short:  Do the Who, What, When and URL thing!

Giving the above information will speed up the resolution of your problem.

The Kayako eSupport™ system will send you an email with a "support ticket #"  If you need to update your support request simply reply to this email and your commits will be added to your support request Or you can update in online using the web base interface at http://gh1help.com/support.  If you have more than one support request please open up one support request per problem. 

The Rap Up  -  Final Thoughts

All support requests will be handled by email and our Kayako eSupport™ system. If you email any other email address for support it will delay your support.
